Do it yourself wedding invitation and souvenirs with yellow and blue concept!

Hey there pretty bride! Now I am going to show you how we came up with our wedding favors :)

Actually we had two wedding favors, one was originally made by me and my husband, and the other one was a given by my thoughtful sister.

It took us 2 months to come up with a non-costly but unique souvenir, YES! 2 months!! And honestly it was all worth it, it gave us time to work and bond together.

We got our concept form Pinterest. I really like this application because it has variety of simple to complex works of art. 

So here's the picture of the raw materials we used: 

Clothes pin, paint and brushes. 

                        

We saw this clothespin at the mall but the price was really expensive than what was offered to us by "Manong" in Carbon Cebu. It was a made to order clothespin and we got it for only 9php/pc. So the concept was to put little character by drawing a pattern and painting them as bride and groom. 

                          

Next is to play dress up!We used a small gold tie to embrace the body of the bride, styrofoam, ribbons and glue to hold them together.

                                  

We also used our wedding favor as a cake top to our wedding cake! 

                                              

   So this is the final wedding favor!

                                    

We utilized every material that we had, and also used them for our wedding invitation.
